  • 3. IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • All signers must provide valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of notarization.

  • Accepted forms include:

  • * Driver's License

  • * State ID

  • * Passport

  • If proper ID is not provided, the notarization will be refused.

  • 4. SIGNER REQUIREMENTS

  • * All signers must be physically present at the time of notarization.

  • * Signers must be mentally aware and willing to sign without coercion.

  • * Documents must be unsigned prior to the appointment (unless otherwise instructed.)

  • 5. FEES + PAYMENT

  • * Mississippi Notary fee: $5 per signature ( state requlated)

  • * Travel fees apply and will be disclosed at booking

  • * Additional fees may apply for:

  • - After-hours services

  • - Emergency/same-day appointments

  • - Extended travel distances

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • 6. CANCELATION + NO-SHOW POLICY

  • * Cancelations must be made at least 2 hours in advance

  • * Same-day cancelations may be subject to a travel fee

  • * If a notary arrives and the client is unavailable, a trip fee will still apply

  • 7. REFUSAL OF SERVICE

  • The notary reserves the right to refuse service if:

  • * Proper identification is not provided

  • * The signers appears unwilling, coerced, or mentally impaired.

  • * The document is incomplete or contains blank spaces.

  • * The request is unlawful or outside Mississippi Notary Laws.

  • 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • * The notary is not responsible for the legality or content of documents.

  • * The notary is liable for any damages resulting from improper use of notarized documents.
